The membership of the CoP will be institutional.  However, the CoP Oversight Committee will have an opportunity to discuss and approve exemptions for Individual membership. Such an exemption will be considered based on the overall contribution of the individual to the SP sector or based on the history of their participation in the CoP (as part of a member organization from which they have transitioned). The CoP Oversight Committee may also grant permission for an individual or institution to participate in the discussions of the CoP for a specific limited duration of time – often with a specific short-term objective such as external knowledge resource to the CoP on a specific subject.

Upon approval of the application, membership shall be free and will not attract any subscription fees.
