The Older Persons Cash Transfer Implementation Manual.

An Older Persons Cash Transfer Implementation Manual developed in collaboration with HelpAge International, SIDA/Norad, BMZ and DFID has been completed. The manual is intended to improve accountability and transparency by providing guidance in design, implementation, coordination and management of the programme. It will also help establish standard operations procedures countrywide while at the same time providing a base for streamlining the structural and implementation challenges that the older persons cash transfer programme has faced in the past.

The manual is designed to facilitate implementation of older persons cash transfer programme, including the structure, functioning, management and monitoring of the programme. It is designed to enhance effective and efficient delivery of cash transfer to targeted poor and vulnerable older persons in Kenya.
